Alinda Villas is a pool villa development in Thep Krasattri district, Phuket, by Prudent Builder Co., Ltd. The project offers 3-bedroom villas ranging from 440 to 546 m², priced from 30,786,000 THB. Completion is scheduled for Q3 2026.

The developer has focused on structural durability and energy efficiency. Key construction features include:

• External walls: double-block construction for improved insulation
• Roof: full concrete with Radcon #7 waterproofing
• External ceilings and cladding: WPC (wood-plastic composite)
